DO YOU BELIEVE????

OK so now I am the type of person that won’t believe something unless I have facts to back it up. So if some one tells me about something, I am going to go one the web and to all the books I can find to see if what I am told is true and factual.
If it is vague or ambiguous and full of holes then it should not be considered “THE TRUTH” Now if the source of a story is a person or a group that has been known to out and out lie or not tell the whole story and leave out important information so to make you believe a certain way. Well then how can you believe them and then be expected to change your complete way of life, because they say that your way of life is doing something so bad and dangerous that if we all don’t change we only have 10 or 20 years to live and the earth will not sustain life as we know it.
Now you know that I am talking about Man Made Global Warming and all the fear and uncertainty that go along with it.
Well do you remember the story about Chicken Little? He was hit in the head with a acorn and started a panic about the sky was falling, well at least he was hit in the head with something, I can’t say he was lying but he was mislead. If he were a known liar then no one would have given him a second thought. So that brings me the high priest and Founding Father of The First Church of Global Warming.
Al Gore
Can we look at some of the things he has said in the past and ask ourselves Is This High Unholy Loon to be taken as a serious person?
Let’s look. Gore Created the Internet? Lie Number One! The Gore Lie
“During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet.” (Al Gore, CNN’s “Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer,” 3/9/99)
The Truth
The U.S. Defense Department Created the Internet. “The Internet, originally called ARPANET, dates to 1969, when the Defense Department began funding the project. Gore, then 21, was still eight years away from joining Congress.” (The Associated Press, 3/11/99)
Gore Was the Inspiration for Love Story? Lie Number Two!
The Gore Lie
“Around midnight, after a three-city tour of Texas last month, the Vice President came wandering back to the press compartment of Air Force Two. Sliding in behind a table with the two reporters covering him that day, he picked slices of fruit from their plates and spent two hours swapping opinions about movies and telling stories about old chums like Erich Segal, who, Gore said, used Al and Tipper as models for the uptight preppy and his free-spirited girlfriend in Love Story; and Gore’s Harvard roommate Tommy Lee Jones, who played the roommate of the Gore-like character in the movie version of Segal’s book.” (Time, 12/15/97)
The Truth
Not According to Love Story Author Erich Segal. “Vice President Al Gore acknowledged Sunday a ‘miscommunication’ on his part in leading reporters to believe he and his wife were the model for the 1970s romance novel ‘Love Story.’ The author, Erich Segal, told The New York Times he was ‘befuddled’ by the comments in the first place. He said he called Gore, and the vice president said it was a misunderstanding.” (The Des Moines Register, 12/15/97)
Gore Led a Crusade Against Tobacco? Lie Number Three!
The Gore Lie
“When I was a child, my family was attacked by an invisible force that was then considered harmless. My sister Nancy was older than me. There were only the two of us, and I loved her more than life itself. She started smoking when she was 13 years old. The connection between smoking and lung cancer had not yet been established. But years later, the cigarettes had taken their toll. It hurt very badly to watch her savaged by that terrible disease. Her husband Frank and all of us who loved her so much tried to get her to stop smoking. . . . Tomorrow morning, another 13-year-old girl will start smoking. I love her too. Three thousand young people in America will start smoking tomorrow. One thousand of them will die a death not unlike my sister’s. And that is why until I draw my last breath, I will poor pour my heart and soul into the cause of protecting our children from the dangers of smoking.” (Al Gore, The Democratic National Convention, 8/28/96)
The Truth
Yet, 4 Years after the Death of Gore’s Sister the Press Reported: ‘“Throughout most of my life, I raised tobacco,’ the Tennessee senator hollered. ‘I want you to know that with my own hands, all of my life, I put it in the plant beds and transferred it. I’ve hoed it, I’ve dug in it, I’ve sprayed it, I’ve chopped it, I’ve shredded it, spiked it, put it in the barn and stripped it and sold it.’” ([New York] Newsday, 2/26/88)
Gore Was Still Growing Tobacco and Receiving Money From Tobacco Interests Years After His Sister’s Death. Tobacco was still grown on the Gore family farm years after Gore’s sister’s death. (CNN’s “Inside Politics,” 3/19/99) Furthermore, “from 1979 until the end of 1990, he [Gore] accepted $16,440 from tobacco political action committees.” (The Washington Post, 8/30/96)
Gore Worked for 20 Years on a Test Ban Treaty? Lie Number Four!
The Gore Lie
“I’ve worked on this for 20 years because, unless we get this one right, nothing else matters.” (Gore 2000 web site, 10/14/99)
The Truth
Gore’s Own Words Prove Past Opposition to the Treaty. In 1988, Gore chastised his Democrat colleagues for supporting the ban and clearly indicated that he would have voted against the comprehensive test ban as a senator:
Q: “If you’re elected president, will you suspend all U.S. nuclear weapons tests, upon taking office, and then proceed to conclude a formal test ban treaty?”
GORE: “Well, just as President John Kennedy made our world safer by getting a treaty banning atmospheric explosions, I would seek a treaty with the Soviet Union banning underground explosions as well. But before doing so, I would pin down the answers to two questions that are important to our national security:”
“First of all, can we firmly verify whether or not the Soviet Union is exploding low-yield tests on its territory? The evidence now coming from the scientists indicates that there are ways to negotiate cooperative agreements with the Soviets to make that possible. But we need the answer before the test ban rather than after.” (C-SPAN, Remarks by Al Gore at the Democratic Presidential Forum sponsored by the “Stop the Arms Race Political Action Committee,” 9/27/87)
Gore’s emphasis on the need for the continued testing of weapons systems to preserve the U.S. deterrent capability extended to many strategic systems. When his fellow Democrats advocated a ban on the flight-testing of missiles, Gore was scathing:
“They took positions that are wildly out of touch with what mainstream Democratic voters believe. . . That’s not exaggerated political rhetoric, that is absolutely the case. The very idea of having a complete ban on all flight-testing of missiles when we rely on deterrence for the survival of our civilization. . .” (The Washington Post, 2/22/88)
Gore Has Always Been Pro-Choice? Lie Number Five!
The Gore Lie
“And know this, I will always, always defend a woman’s right to choose. Every time Congress has tried to play politics with that fundamental personal right -- imposing gag rules, and attaching anti-choice language to any bill they can think of -- we have stood up to them and stopped them.” (Al Gore, Remarks at Women for Gore Event, 6/1/99)
The Truth
Gore Was Pro-Life as a Congressman. “It is my deep personal conviction that abortion is wrong. I hope that some day we will see the current outrageously large number of abortions drop sharply. . . . Let me assure you that I share your belief that innocent human life must be protected . . . In my opinion, it is wrong to spend federal funds for what is arguably the taking of a human life. . . .” (Letter from Rep. Al Gore to a Constituent, 7/18/84)
“During my 11 years in Congress, I have consistently opposed federal funding of abortions. In my opinion, it is wrong to spend federal funds for what is arguably the taking of a human life.” (Sen. Albert Gore Jr. Letter to a Constituent, 5/26/87)
“Calling abortion ‘the most complex issue that any candidate faces,’ Albert Gore Jr. said Wednesday that he doesn’t believe the courts have struck a proper balance between the rights of a fetus and woman’s right to terminate an unwanted pregnancy. ‘I don’t believe a woman’s freedom to live her own life, in all cases, outweighs the fetus’ right to life,’ the 4th District congressional candidate said, predicting that the abortion issue will be the forerunner to a whole series of issues in which medical technology and basic human rights come in conflict. Gore said he favors a cautious, case-by-case approach.” (The Nashville Banner, 7/29/76)
Gore’s Reporting Resulted In the Imprisonment of a Bunch of People? Lie Number Six!
The Gore Lie
“In 1987, Gore’s eagerness to play up his image as an investigative reporter led to one of the worst gaffes of his short-lived campaign for the presidency. Gore told The Des Moines Register that his reporting ‘got a bunch of people indicted and sent to jail.’” (Columbia Journalism Review, 1/93)
The Truth
In 1988 Gore Was Caught Lying About His Career as a Reporter. “Presidential candidate Sen. Albert Gore Jr. says he made an honest mistake when he said a Metro councilman had gone to prison after Gore wrote stories as a Tennessean reporter.”
“In an interview published last Sunday by the Des Moines Register, Gore was quoted as saying he ‘got a bunch of people indicted and sent to jail’ while working as a reporter for The Tennessean in the 1970s.”
“A story appearing in yesterday’s editions of The Commercial Appeal, a Memphis newspaper, says Gore exaggerated his record as an investigative reporter for The Tennessean.”
“Two persons were indicted as a result of an investigation into alleged corruption on the Metro Council in Nashville during the period in which Gore was covering the council. Neither of them was imprisoned as a result of the charges.” (The Tennessean, 10/4/87)
Gore Faced Enemy Fire in Vietnam? Lie Number Seven!
The Gore Lie
“And I was shot at. . . . I spent most of my time in the field.” (Al Gore, The Washington Post, 2/3/88)
“I carried an M-16 . . . I pulled my turn on the perimeter at night and walked through the elephant grass, and I was fired upon.” (Al Gore, Los Angeles Times, 10/15/99)
The Truth
Gore No Longer Mentions Combat Duty on the Campaign Trail. “On the campaign trail today, while he suggests no combat heroics, he nonetheless mentions his service in Vietnam proudly.” (Los Angeles Times, 10/15/99)
Gore Had Bodyguards Assigned to Keep Him Out of Harm’s Way in Vietnam. “In Vietnam, Alan Leo, a photographer in the press brigade office where Gore worked as a reporter, said he was summoned by Brig. Gen. K.B. Cooper, the 20th Engineer Brigade’s Commander, and told Leo that he, Cooper, ‘had a great amount of respect for the senator.’ He asked Leo, the most experienced member of the press unit, to make sure that nothing happened to Gore. ‘He requested that “Gore not get into situations that were dangerous,’” said Leo, who did what he could to carry out Cooper’s directive. He described his half-dozen or so trips into the field with Gore as situations where ‘I could have worn a tuxedo.’” (Newsweek, 12/6/99)
Gore Would Never Mess With Social Security? Lie Number Eight!
The Gore Lie
“Social Security Benefits Will Remain Untaxed. . . . I sincerely believe that any plan to tax Social Security benefits would place an unforgivable burden on our senior citizens who are currently trying to enjoy their retirement years in the face of ever-increasing prices . . . it is totally inconceivable . . . It is unfair . . .” (Albert Gore Jr. column, Carthage Courier, 2/21/80)
The Truth
Gore Has Voted to Raise Taxes on Social Security. In 1993, Gore cast the tie-breaking vote for the largest tax increase in history that included $25 billion in higher taxes on Social Security benefits. (Bill Clinton & Al Gore, Putting People First, 1992; CQ Vote #247: Adopted 51-50: R 0-44; D 50-6, with Albert Gore Jr. casting a “yea” vote, 8/6/93; “The Economic and Budget Outlook: An Update,” Congressional Budget Office, 9/93)
Gore Co-Sponsored McCain/Feingold Campaign Finance Reform? Lie Number Nine!
The Gore Lie
“Gore noted that he had backed a sweeping campaign finance bill sponsored by Senators John McCain, Republican of Arizona, and Russell D. Feingold, Democrat of Wisconsin. ‘Unlike Senator Bradley, I was a co-sponsor of it,’ Gore said, ‘and I feel that it’s very important to get the influence of special interest money out of our politics.’” (The New York Times, 11/24/99)
The Truth
Gore Never Even Served with Sen. Feingold. Sen. Russell Feingold was not elected to the U.S. Senate until 1992, the year Al Gore left the Senate to become Vice President, therefore making it impossible for Gore to be a co-sponsor of any McCain/Feingold campaign finance reform legislation. (The Almanac of American Politics 1994) Even Bill Bradley Called Gore on This Lie. “Gore not only did not, but could not have cosponsored McCain-Feingold. Russ Feingold was not elected until 1992. Al Gore quit the Senate in 1992 to become Vice President. Feingold and Gore never served together.” (Bill Bradley for President Press Release, 12/7/99)
Gore Supports the Death Penalty? Lie Number Ten!
The Gore Lie
“Defending his position on the death penalty, Gore said, ‘I’ve always supported it because I think society has a right to make careful judgments about when that ultimate penalty ought to be applied.’” (The Associated Press, 11/19/99)
The Truth
Gore Voted Against the Death Penalty. Gore voted against the death penalty for drug kingpins. (CQ Vote 140: Adopted 66-32: R 38-6; D 28-26, 6/28/90) Gore voted against the death penalty for terrorists. (CQ Vote #12: Rejected 25-72: R 5-38; D 20-34, 2/20/91)
Gore Discovered Love Canal? Lie Number Eleven!
The Gore Lie
“I found a little place in upstate New York called Love Canal. I had the first hearing on that issue and Toone, Tenn. But that was the one that started it all.” (Al Gore, The New York Times, 12/10/99)
The Truth
Jimmy Carter, the Federal Government and Local Residents All Found Love Canal Long Before Gore Did. “Mr. Gore held Congressional hearings on the matter in October 1978. But two months earlier President Jimmy Carter had declared Love Canal a disaster area, and the federal government, after much howling by local residents, had offered to buy the homes.” (The New York Times, 12/1/99) Lois Gibbs, the Leader of the Love Canal Home Owners Association, Rebukes Gore. ‘“He did not begin Love Canal,’ Lois Gibbs, legendary leader of the Love Canal Home Owners Association, said Wednesday in an interview.” ([New York] Newsday, 12/3/99)
Gore Wrote Superfund? Lie Number Twelve!
The Gore Lie
“I have written the law, along with one other principle author of the superfund law, and amendments to the other major law in this area which requires that companies improperly disposing of hazardous waste, must bear the financial consequences of cleaning it up.” (Al Gore, The League of Women Voters Democrat Debate, 4/16/88)
The Truth
Rep. James Florio Authored Superfund. Rep. James Florio (D-N.J.) wrote the first Superfund law. (CQ Vote#510: Passed 351-23: R 123-14; D 228-9, 9/23/80) Though he did not author the law, Gore did vote for it. However, he also criticized Superfund for being “far too small to make a reasonable start on correcting this enormous environmental problem.” (Al Gore, Congressional Record, 5/16/80)
Gore Wrote the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)? Lie Number Thirteen!
The Gore Lie
“[Bradley’s proposals were] an old-style approach that spends a lot of money but doesn’t have any new ideas. [He proposes] the expansion of the Earned Income Tax Credit. I was the author of that proposal. I wrote that, so I say, welcome aboard. That is something for which I have been the principal proponent for a long time.” (Al Gore, Time, 11/1/99)
The Truth
Gore Was Not In Congress When the EITC Was Passed. The EITC Act was originally passed in 1975. Gore did not become a member of Congress until 1977. Gore did not write the EITC Act of 1975. (Buffalo News, 12/13/99; U.S. News & World Report, 12/20/99)
Gore Negotiated an Agreement that Provided Internet Protection for Children? Lie Number Fourteen!
The Gore Lie
“I helped to negotiate an agreement with the Internet service providers to put a parent protection page up and give parents the ability to click on all of the web sites that their children have visited lately. That’ll put a lot of bargaining leverage in the hands of parents.” (Al Gore, ABC’s “Nightline” Democratic Debate, 12/16/99)
The Truth
Gore Had Little or Nothing to Do with Internet Protection for Children. “The [Internet] industry had been working for a year with bipartisan members of Congress on putting a link to on-line child-safety resources on the front page of Internet portals – with no participation from the Vice President.” (editorial, The Wall Street Journal, 5/6/99) Bartlett Cleland, a board member of the nonprofit Internet Education Foundation, said: “There was no Gore involvement. They hijacked this issue. He makes it sound like he led the project. I can’t imagine what he will invent tomorrow.” (The Washington Times, 5/6/99)
Gore’s Discussion With A Speech Writer Had A Major Impact On Hubert Humphrey’s 1968 Democratic National Convention Acceptance Speech? Lie Number Fifteen!
The Gore Lie
“As young Gore later often told the story, he had been interviewed the day before by Charles Bartlett, the veteran Chicago Sun-Times columnist from Chattanooga, a family friend who had known Albert Gore Sr., the senior senator from Tennessee, since his early days in the House. Bartlett ‘had passed the apogee of his career’ by 1968 but was ‘still a very eloquent writer,’ Gore said, and was one of those helping Humphrey with his speech at the convention. ‘And he came and spent an hour with me, asking what people my age thought about the war.’ As Gore sat in the convention hall and looked up at Humphrey in the spotlight, he thought that he heard his own words coming back to him. He was convinced that the vice president’s speechwriters had incorporated his suggestions into the acceptance speech -- evoking ‘the end of an era,’ the promise of a ‘prompt end to the war,’ the assertion that no one wanted ‘a police state,’ the call for ‘young Americans . . . to continue as vocal, creative and even critical participants in the politics of our time.’ Hearing those phrases, Gore said later, led him to the conclusion that ‘there was no doubt Mr. Bartlett had faithfully conveyed some of the feelings that I had tried to describe.”’ (The Washington Post, 12/27/99)
The Truth
The Individual Gore Spoke With Had No Link to Humphrey in 1968. “But was Gore only imagining his role as interpreter for his generation? According to Bartlett's description of those long-ago events, that might be the case. ‘I had nothing to do with Humphrey,’ Bartlett said in a recent interview. ‘I had no contact with Humphrey at all. If I talked to Al, it was perhaps for a story. I had absolutely no link at all with Hubert Humphrey in 1968.’ When presented with Bartlett’s response, Gore quickly retreated from his earlier recollection. ‘Faulty memory. Faulty memory,’ he said of himself and his oft-told story.” (The Washington Post, 12/27/99)
Gore Lives on a Farm Today? Lie Number Sixteen!
The Gore Lie
“I’ve spent some of my time growing up on a farm,’ Gore said. “I live on a farm today. I have my heart in my own farm. Yes, I live in Washington, D.C., when I’m working there. And yes I grew up more there than I did on the farm. But my heart is in Smith County, Tenn.” (ABCNEWS.com, 12/23/99)
The Truth
Gore Lives At the Naval Observatory In Washington, DC. “In yet another one of his patented Goreisms, the vice president appeared to reopen the question of whether he was raised as a city boy or a country boy. In the process of trying to find common ground with a questioner, Gore claimed that his current home is a farm – referring to his family’s farm in Carthage, Tenn. He quickly qualified the statement by noting that he lives in Washington ‘when I’m working there.’” (ABCNEWS.com, 12/23/99)
Now I know this was a long read, but I have to ask the question Can You Believe this man and have him and his church
make law that will mandate what car you are allowed to drive?
What temperature your house will be allowed to be at?
What light bulbs you will be allowed to use?
What size houses you will be allowed to have?
Will you be allowed to fly across country? And only if you pay a carbon tax?
Your food cost will go sky high as if it not high enough now. If this man and his church get there way we will be living under a bridge cooking squirrel.
I am sorry but

TO The Senator

27 July 25, 2008
Senator Salazar
702 Hart, U.S. Senate
Washington, DC 20510
Senator,
As a native of Colorado and excellent customer of the Internal Revenue Service, I am writing to ask for your assistance. I have contacted the Department of Homeland Security in an effort to determine the process for becoming an illegal alien and they referred me to you. My primary reason for wishing to change my status from U.S. Citizen to illegal alien stems from the bill that was recently passed by the Senate and for which you voted. If my understanding of this bill's provisions is accurate, as an illegal alien who has been in the United States for five years, all I need to do to become a citizen is to pay a $2,000 fine and income taxes for three of the last five years. I know a good deal when I see one and I am anxious to get the process started before everyone figures it out. Simply put, those of us who have been here legally have had to pay taxes every year so I'm excited about the prospect of avoiding two years of taxes in return for paying a $2,000 fine. Is there any way that I can apply to be illegal retroactively? This would yield an excellent result for my family and me because we paid heavy taxes in 2004 and 2005. Additionally, as an illegal alien I could begin using the local emergency room as my primary health care provider. Once I have stopped paying premiums for medical insurance, my accountant figures I could save almost $10,000 a year. Another benefit in gaining illegal status would be that my daughter would receive preferential treatment relative to her collage applications, as well as 'in-state' tuition rates for many colleges throughout the United States. Lastly, I understand that illegal status would relieve me of the burden of renewing my driver's license and making those burdensome car insurance premiums. This is very important to me given that I still have college age children driving my car. If you would provide me with an outline of the process to become illegal (retroactively if possible) and copies of the necessary forms, I would be most appreciative.
Thank you for your assistance.

Cook a Frog

(Before You Read This)
You should know that in 1972 I turned 18 and was able to vote.
I voted for George McGovern, I thought that he was a war hero and would save this country.
I also voted for Jimmy Carter thinking that he was a man that feared and respected OUR GOD and had a strong military background, how could we go wrong??? WOW!!!!!
Then in 1979 I heard of A man named Ronald Reagan
He said that America was the greatest country on earth filled with the greatest people on earth and America's greatest days were in our future
I became a Conservative that day..
So what you will read below is JUST how I feel
Steve
If you drop a frog in boiling water he will leap right out. If you slowly heat the water he will be content until it's too late to get out. That is exactly how history works. It moves slowly and we never really see any danger until it's too late. Remember how suppressed workers were before unions came along? The unions leveled the playing field. Unfortunately, over a long period of time thependulum swung too far. Slowly, businesses and factories closed and jobs left the country. We were comfortable and didn't see the change coming. We blamed everyone except ourselves for what happened. We weren't alert to how slow things change over time. World War II, and the Korean War, demonstrated how powerful a united nationcould be. Our nation, and our families, were united. The father was the head of the family and the President was the head of the nation. Both were highly respected. We were content and happy. We were good at fighting a hot war but we were unprepared to fight a cold war with the communists in the 50's. They knew they couldn't change us but they didn't care. Their philosophy was to wait it out and capture the minds of our children. They loaded our colleges with many of their professors and waited. It didn't take long to see the results. The 60's ushered in the radicals, drug culture, student protesters, and the Vietnam War. The aim of the cold war was to divide and conquer. They divided our families and the nation. The secret to defeating a polite and respectful people is to scream. The louder and longer you scream the better your chance of winning. Radicals are masters at this form of attack. They know if you constantly scream and repeat a lie it will eventually become the truth. The media, and Hollywood, hammered us with hate America themes and stories. Our servicemen, and women, were jeered, cursed, and spit on. Even the people, who later wanted to become their President, thrashed them. We lost our first War in history. There was no hero's homecoming for our fighting men and women. The Reverend King, who was raised in the old school, peacefully changed therace issue and united the people. When he died the new breed of leaders like the Jesse Jacksons, Lewis Farrakhans, Al Sharptons, and Rev. Wrightsput a lid on his efforts and turned racism into a money-making machine. Corporations were green-mailed by threats of protests, product boycotts, or endless lawsuits. Every issue, large or small, became a race issue. The public recoiled in fear of being called a racist. Their voices were silenced because one word could cost you a career, get you fired, or get you sued. Even politicians buckled under to the pressure. The Florida legislature issued a formal apology for having slavery 200 years ago. They were thanked by being asked for compensation. There is no end in sight for this kind of nonsense.America didn't capture slaves and bring them to America. Their own people sold them to slave traders from several nations. This knowledge doesn't stop the screamers. History is what it is and you can't change it.There have been many tragic events in history. You acknowledge them and move on. They divided our nation into two separate Americas. We now have Americans, and African-Americans, although Africa has nothing to do with being an American. You can be one or the other but not both. You are what you were born to be. You do not subordinate our country to any foreign nation. It's equivalent to flying the African flag above the Stars and Stripes. If you hyphenate two countries America always comes first. This election year could be the turning point in our history because thefrog theory has come into play. It's time to step back and look at how the country has slowly changed since the cold war started. Don't get caught up in all the hype. George McGovern was the first Presidential candidate to test the waters with college students. The Clintons played a big role in his campaign. It was the worst campaign ever run. He was crushed in the election. Step two was to infiltrate all the information vehicles such as radio, newspapers, magazines, TV and movies. They were quite successful at that. Jimmy Carter was the first President to demonstrate the leadership skills ofthe far left. Weak military, high taxes, runaway inflation, 19% mortgagerates, and plain incompetence ended his career in Washington. Iran, a small country at the time, took American hostages and kicked sand in our face. By negotiating from weakness Carter could not get the hostages released. The big benefit of the Carter years is that they were followed by the Reagan years. The nation got a clear look at the difference between a weak nation and a strong nation. Every student should know this difference. When Ronald Reagan took over the hostages were quickly released, taxes were lowered, inflation dropped, mortgage rates dropped, and the military was strengthened. Russia quickly waved the white flag and waited for another Democrat term. Clinton took over Carter's uncompleted social programs. He weakened themilitary and tried to pass large government programs. An intern derailed his Presidency. While he was tied up with his personal problems his lawyers ran the country. He passed up three opportunities to take out Osama BinLaden. This eventually cost us the loss of our Twin Towers, thousands of American lives, and got us involved in a war with Iraq. By the end of his term the left had captured a large share of the media andit flexed its muscle in 2000. The hate Bush campaign got off to a roaring start. The brain washing theory of repeating the same story over and over again was launched. There were endless stories about our evil nation and its President.Top-secret plans were leaked to the press and printed for the entire world to see. Hollywood cranked out documentaries about the evil Bush administration and our evil military. They laid the groundwork for the next election. The ACLU flooded the courts with lawsuits and the Democrat party became a law firm. Almost every incumbent, or his or her spouse, is a lawyer. They now have the perfect candidate because they can squash criticism byplaying the race card. If you don't like Obama, or criticize him, you are a racist. They can hide his inexperience and background by turning him into a rock star and singing change and hope. They don't tell us what kind of change, or how it will be done, only that you should hope for the best. By keeping the hype going they don't have to put anything of substance on the table. The only thing we really know about Obama is that his wife has never been proud to be an American. They want us to believe that his liberal college professors, Rev. Pfleger, his ties to radicals Bill Ayers and LewisFarrakhan, and listening to the Rev. Wright's hate talks for 20 years, had no influence on his thinking. If they didn't, then who did? He wasn't in business and didn't see fit to serve his country. These people launched his political career and their organizations received earmarks in return for their campaign donations and political help. They must have had some influence. Rev. Wright's church received over $15 million. That's only one small local church. Think on a national scale. The change being promoted is a change back to the Carter years. It started in 2006 when the lawyer party took over. There have been endless lawsuits and investigations in retaliation for the Clinton years. It keeps the lawyers busy but does nothing for the economy. The economy has been in a downward spiral since they took over. Returning to the Carter years of high taxes, high inflation, and a weak military is not the change we are looking for. We cannot cower to a bunch of crazies whose only goal in life is to kill us. The old sages (over 50) will have to play a big role in this election. The young people simply don't know what the aged know. The advantage of aging is the knowledge you accumulated. You know what United States means. You know what the seldom-heard word respect means. You know how wonderful freedom and independence is. You know the difference between a strong and aweak nation; and you know what it takes to keep it strong. You know history because you have lived it. Although the old guard is dying off, and getting too tired to fight, they have to muster one more charge. If they don't, our children and grandchildren will never know the joy and freedom that is the bedrock of our country. The heat is slowly being turned up and the water is getting hot.The old frogs better start jumping before it's too late.

I was a liberal democrat

If you slowlyheat the water he will be content until it's too late to get out. That isexactly how history works. It moves slowly and we never really see anydanger until it's too late. Remember how suppressed workers were before unions came along? The unions leveled the playing field. Unfortunately, over a long period of time the pendulum swung too far. Slowly, businesses and factories closed and jobs left the country. We were comfortable and didn't see the change coming. Weblamed everyone except ourselves for what happened. We weren't alert to howslow things change over time. World War II, and the Korean War, demonstrated how powerful a united nation could be. Our nation, and our families, were united. The father was thehead of the family and the President was the head of the nation. Both were highly respected. We were content and happy. We were good at fighting a hot war but we were unprepared to fight a coldwar with the communists in the 50's. They knew they couldn't change us but they didn't care. Their philosophy was to wait it out and capture the minds of our children. They loaded our colleges with many of their professors and waited. It didn't take long to see the results. The 60's ushered in the radicals, drug culture, student protesters, and theVietnam War. The aim of the cold war was to divide and conquer. They divided our families and the nation. The secret to defeating a polite and respectful people is to scream. The louder and longer you scream the better your chance of winning. Radicals are masters at this form of attack. Theyknow if you constantly scream and repeat a lie it will eventually become the truth. The media, and Hollywood, hammered us with hate America themes and stories. Our servicemen, and women, were jeered, cursed, and spit on. Even the people, who later wanted to become their President, thrashed them. We lostour first War in history. There was no hero's homecoming for our fightingmen and women. The Reverend King, who was raised in the old school, peacefully changed therace issue and united the people. When he died the new breed of leaderslike the Jesse Jacksons, Lewis Farrakhans, Al Sharptons, and Rev. Wrightsput a lid on his efforts and turned racism into a money-making machine. Corporations were green-mailed by threats of protests, product boycotts, orendless lawsuits. Every issue, large or small, became a race issue. Thepublic recoiled in fear of being called a racist. Their voices weresilenced because one word could cost you a career, get you fired, or get yousued. Even politicians buckled under to the pressure. The Florida legislatureissued a formal apology for having slavery 200 years ago. They were thankedby being asked for compensation. There is no end in sight for this kind ofnonsense.America didn't capture slaves and bring them to America. Their ownpeople sold them to slave traders from several nations. This knowledgedoesn't stop the screamers. History is what it is and you can't change it.There have been many tragic events in history. You acknowledge them andmove on. They divided our nation into two separate Americas. We now have Americans, and African-Americans, although Africa has nothing to do with being anAmerican. You can be one or the other but not both. You are what you wereborn to be. You do not subordinate our country to any foreign nation. It'sequivalent to flying the African flag above the Stars and Stripes. If youhyphenate two countries America always comes first. This election year could be the turning point in our history because thefrog theory has come into play. It's time to step back and look at how thecountry has slowly changed since the cold war started. Don't get caught upin all the hype. George McGovern was the first Presidential candidate to test the waters withcollege students. The Clintons played a big role in his campaign. It wasthe worst campaign ever run. He was crushed in the election. Step two was to infiltrate all the information vehicles such as radio, newspapers, magazines, TV and movies. They were quite successful at that.Jimmy Carter was the first President to demonstrate the leadership skills ofthe far left. Weak military, high taxes, runaway inflation, 19% mortgagerates, and plain incompetence ended his career in Washington. Iran, a smallcountry at the time, took American hostages and kicked sand in our face. Bynegotiating from weakness Carter could not get the hostages released. The big benefit of the Carter years is that they were followed by the Reaganyears. The nation got a clear look at the difference between a weak nationand a strong nation. Every student should know this difference. WhenRonald Reagan took over the hostages were quickly released, taxes werelowered, inflation dropped, mortgage rates dropped, and the military wasstrengthened. Russia quickly waved the white flag and waited for anotherDemocrat term. Clinton took over Carter's uncompleted social programs. He weakened themilitary and tried to pass large government programs. An intern derailedhis Presidency. While he was tied up with his personal problems his lawyersran the country. He passed up three opportunities to take out Osama BinLaden. This eventually cost us the loss of our TwinTowers, thousands ofAmerican lives, and got us involved in a war with Iraq. By the end of his term the left had captured a large share of the media andit flexed its muscle in 2000. The hate Bush campaign got off to a roaringstart. The brainwashing theory of repeating the same story over and overagain was launched. There were endless stories about our evil nation and its President.Top-secret plans were leaked to the press and printed for the entire worldto see. Hollywood cranked out documentaries about the evil Bushadministration and our evil military. They laid the groundwork for the nextelection. The ACLU flooded the courts with lawsuits and the Democrat partybecame a law firm. Almost every incumbent, or his or her spouse, is alawyer. They now have the perfect candidate because they can squash criticism byplaying the race card. If you don't like Obama, or criticize him, you are aracist. They can hide his inexperience and background by turning him into arock star and singing change and hope. They don't tell us what kind ofchange, or how it will be done, only that you should hope for the best. Bykeeping the hype going they don't have to put anything of substance on thetable. The only thing we really know about Obama is that his wife has never beenproud to be an American. They want us to believe that his liberal collegeprofessors, Rev. Pfleger, his ties to radicals Bill Ayers and LewisFarrakhan, and listening to the Rev. Wright's hate talks for 20 years, hadno influence on his thinking. If they didn't, then who did? He wasn't inbusiness and didn't see fit to serve his country. These people launched hispolitical career and their organizations received earmarks in return fortheir campaign donations and political help. They must have had someinfluence. Rev. Wright's church received over $15 million. That's only onesmall local church. Think on a national scale. The change being promoted is a change back to the Carter years. It startedin 2006 when the lawyer party took over. There have been endless lawsuitsand investigations in retaliation for the Clinton years. It keeps thelawyers busy but does nothing for the economy. The economy has been in adownward spiral since they took over. Returning to the Carter years of high taxes, high inflation, and a weakmilitary is not the change we are looking for. We cannot cower to a bunchof crazies whose only goal in life is to kill us. The old sages (over 50) will have to play a big role in this election. Theyoung people simply don't know what the aged know. The advantage of agingis the knowledge you accumulated. You know what United States means. Youknow what the seldom-heard word respect means. You know how wonderfulfreedom and independence is. You know the difference between a strong and aweak nation; and you know what it takes to keep it strong. You know historybecause you have lived it. Although the old guard is dying off, and getting too tired to fight, theyhave to muster one more charge. If they don't, our children andgrandchildren will never know the joy and freedom that is the bedrock of ourcountry. The heat is slowly being turned up and the water is getting hot.The old frogs better start jumping before it's too late.

Who is the RNC

Republican National Committee
310 First Street SE
P.O. Box 96994
Washington DC. 20077-7556

Robert M. Duncan

Dear Sir,
I received a letter in the mail today along with a Republican Party census document, I read it and the census, after reading the documents I decided to write it letter.
As you know or you should know, I am a conservative, there for I have a job and I get paid weekly like most hard working blue-collar workers. Because of this my wife and I tend to spend money wisely and we try to sure that our money is doing what we want it to do, we get the most bang for the buck. One of the ways that we make sure that this happens, is to know the people and companies that get our money.
So then the reason for this letter is to ask the question, WHO ARE YOU???? And why are you asking complete stranger for money, and opinions. It’s a shame that we don’t know each other, because I can remember something called the R.N.C. back in the 1980’s when the Greatest President in the history of the United States was part of something called the R.N.C. Are you the same people or group and organization????
Because if you are then something is drastically wrong!!!! It just seems to me that the people in your organization are not republicans, but RINO’S (republicans in name only)
It is amazing to hear these RINO’S that support illegal immigration and worse then that amnesty for illegal immigrants. When we had the House the Senate and the presidency
The republican’s lead buy the biggest rino you have, BUSH. Spent money like drunken sailors in a whorehouse. Not to mention that you couldn’t get a bill to drill for our own oil in Alaska, the judicial nominees are filibustered and you can’t do a Dam thing about it.
Did you know that you controlled the government at the time???
The RINO from Arizona took away our freedom of political speech and you let him get away with it!!! And then our rino president signs it into LAW!!!!!
WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE?????
Conservatives want to know. We have watched the R.N.C. and the rino’s just get bulldozed and run over by the D.N.C when the republicans were in the majority. Didn’t you know that you were in the majority???
The socialist in the DNC is lead by Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid and both of them are as dumb as a box of rocks and they make the RNC look bad very day. WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE???
So according to your letter you want to stop the socialist in the DNC from cutting defense and intelligence budgets, and spend on give away programs, How are you going to do this, when you can’t control the liberals in the republican party???

When you speak of the liberal special interest being reenergized and the radical environmentalist, gun grabbers, trial lawyers, I wonder if your talking about liberals like Lindsey Graham (He wants amnesty) He’s a disgrace. Trent Lott (He wants to do something about Talk Radio) What happened to free speech???
John McCain the biggest socialist the DNC could hope for. Olympia Snow (shame)
Arlen Spector should hang his head in shame for the way he votes and his disservice to the good people of Pennsylvania by his actions in and on the judiciary He acts like a puppet of the DNC.
Voinvich, Murkowski, Martinez (he’s a disgrace), Lugar, Kyl, Hagel, Brownback, BOND.. All these people act like they would sell their souls to get air time or face time on (THE LIE TO ME NIGHTLY NEWS NETWORKS) We all know that the most dangerous place in the world is between a TV camera and John McCain.

Did the people in the RNC forget why you were sent to Washington???
Do you remember us the electorate??? We tell you what we want and you go off a do what ever. Start acting like Conservatives. What is it going to take for the PEOPLE to be heard??? WILL WE HAVE TO MARCH ON WASHINGTON AT NIGHT WITH PITCH FORKS AND TORCHES???

It’s a sad day in America when to people we sent to Washington stop hearing the people,
Remember that you all govern at the will of the governed

So to end this letter
Until you, the RNC cleans up the RINO”s and get them back on the farm and flying correctly, weed out the liberal socialist in the RNC. And by the way when I say socialist I do mean Collectivist, Marxist, Leninist, Communist. Until that’s done, and the whole of the RNC start acting like Ronald Reagan conservative Republicans.

The Republican National Committee will not get a dime from my family, or me
Take my name off the mailing list,
Remove me from your rolls as a member.
You people just can’t be trusted any longer; you have hurt the conservative cause for a long time. Give me a Ronald Reagan conservative RNC; then we’ll talk

Regrettably

Is The United States Full Of Racist!?

Is The United States Full Of Racist!????

Or do the hate America socialist want you to think it!!!!!

Now if you listen to the lie to me nightly news networks, that’s what the talking mannequins and all the fantasy print that’s fit to be news will tell you and the world, and they expect all of us to believe it.

IT seems that the nightly liars can get their que from the rabble rousers that call themselves Racial Activist and of course the hate America leftist. These Racial Activist and socialist must scream and rant and rave about how racist we all are, and keep it in the news, because that’s how they make their living, and a good one at that.

Now please don’t think that I am saying that there are no racists in America….
I know full well that they are here in America and any body with good God given common sense will view them as a parasite that is to no advantage to our great country, and our multitudes of peoples from every country around the globe, Unfortunately ignorance is not illegal and everyone is free to be as dumb as one wants.

However let me say that if an American will look around you will see that America is chock-full and teaming with all kinds of people from all points on the compass, doing all the kinds of things that ad up to the American dream in our great country.
How can you see this on display? Open any yellow pages phone book from any large city in America and go to the restaurant section; you will have the world at your fingertips.
The choice of cuisine will run from one part of the world to the other, German, Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Irish, Australian, Vietnamese, Indian, Pakistani, Mongolian, Russian, Turkish, Ukraine, Greek, All the Nordic countries, Spain, Portugal, Somalian, Ethiopian, Brazilian, Peruvian, Puerto Rican, Dominican, Haitian, and don’t forget the down home soul food entrenched here in the south and the inner cities of the north, along with the American Indian foods on the plain states and the west.

Is there any place on earth that can be more diverse? Is there any other mass of people on earth that can be more intertwined?

Say Libya or Morocco, If you go there can you get a great dish of mustard greens and ham hocks? Nope.

Japan or Vietnam, Can you get a good Four-cheese sauce over tortellini?? Think not.

How about we try to get Brazilian food in Korea? (South), the north doesn’t have food, never the less I don’t think it will happen.

Maybe some Sauerbraten in down town metropolitan Garoowe, Somalia… Not

What if we were in the city of Koura, in the country of Chad could we get down to the little Italy section and have Shrimp and hot sauce over pasta, to die for??? Not today.

How about Liberia can you get a real good dish of General Chow’s Chicken with fried rice and egg drop soup?? I don’t think you will have much luck

I think you get the point. The Immigrants that came here and served the other immigrant people that were from their countries of origin in the U.S. started most of the restaurants here. All these people came with families and friends and started little conclaves, and while melting into the American family kept little parts of their culture and made this country the greatest place on God’s green earth to live.

If they didn’t have a market they would be out of business quick, the market place has no conscience, But the strong survive, and service not only the like minded people of (THE OLD COUNTRY) as my grandparents called it, but all the other people from all over the world.
What this does is give all people the ability to experience other cultures, get to know the people and the customs of parts of the world that you may never be able to travel to, Go to Brooklyn New York and you will have Hebrew, Jamaican, West Indies, Arab, Italian and Irish living and working in the same places going to the same stores. The smart and savvy American will have eaten and experienced many of the nationalities cultures and foods listed on the first page, I can remember my Father always saying to me as a very young street kid in Brooklyn (HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU DON’T LIKE THIS FOOD, IF YOU NEVER TRIED IT???) We can go have Egyptian food, kosher food,
We can go to Atlanta Ga. And eat French, Dallas and eat Japanese food, All of our great cities across this blessed country has the worlds food at our finger tips, along with that food we have the people and cultures to go with. We are all either immigrants or decedents of immigrants, and the Lie To Me Nightly News Networks say that we are xenophobic????? And won’t open up to different people. We are here living the American Dream all of us are doing what good people want, Live Free, Work, Feed our families, Buy a House, Kids going to school And making America Better, Greater, Stronger and the most superb Country God Gave Man.

I know that I spoke a lot about food, but if you find the food you find the culture and the people.

WE are not Racist we are Americans and we are the most generous, forgiving, benevolent, caring, compassionate people on earth. I could list hundreds of natural disasters, storms, famine, earthquakes, title waves that wipe out hundreds of thousands, wars, fires and wind storms, ships sinking and airline crashes, untold thousands of rescues, aid given to any and all that are in need. No one asked what religion, color, national origin, sex or any other question. We just give, help, console, and edify the people that need help.

We are a nation of laws and as long as we maintain those laws and enforce the law we will remain the shining city on the hill. If we falter and become lawless rabble like that of the first paragraph, we face the same fate as the Roman Empire.

So my fellow Americans when the lie to you nightly news networks try to tell you that we are racist, just think of our city’s and towns that have a vast amount of many different people all living and working together and being the great melting pot.
Take for instance the Fire fighters of this country, they run in to a burning building to save life and preserve property they won’t ask what religion or country your people come from. Same with EMT workers they don’t ask your sexual preference before helping you,
Law enforcement workers will put their lives between you and danger and not give a dam weather your Black, Hispanic, Asian, Mediterranean, or White.

We are not racist. We are the greatest mass of different people on earth, all living together and making this the greatest country in human history, and I am proud to be a part of it, and I am glad you here with me. GOD BLESS AMERICA
